BOX IT

You know when, okay I'd just be brief. I'm here to suggest a really helpful therapy.
       Get a book well mentally or physically if you may. I'd like that you call it your daily pile.
      So now here's what I want you to do from hence(Daily for best results); for every and any time someone(something) annoys you or does something hurtful to you, write it down and put in the box; for every hurt or resentment you feel during the day,you immediately put in that box.
       At the end of everyday most preferably before you sleep, empty that box into your mental sea of forgiveness (or,if its physical, in the bin) and LET IT GO!
       In the long run, you'll find that you'd live a more peaceable life, carrying hurt and resentment over a long time period eventually hurts mostly you. And its scriptural too: Only a fool let's sun go down on his anger.
